Complaints

Number of complaints 2025/2026: 1

At Mortimer House School, we value open communication with our families and community. If you have a concern or complaint, we want to hear from you.

We encourage you to speak with us informally first. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through a conversation with your child’s key teacher or a member of our senior leadership team.

If your concern cannot be resolved informally, you can make a formal complaint. We have a clear complaints procedure that ensures all complaints are:

  • Taken seriously
  • Investigated fairly and thoroughly
  • Responded to in a timely manner
  • Handled confidentially

You can find our full complaints policy on our website or contact the school office, 01827 337998, if you need support making a complaint.
